lyrics
Now you freak me out
Got me shouting out
When she hold me down
Man that woman’s fuel is loud
Don’t need no supercharge
for this motor car
Cos this things in over drive
It’s wound up nice and tight
You saved my life
Woke this man alive
Don’t let this fuel run out
Make a one way valve
Keep this in overdrive
and wound up nice and tight
Won’t be no valentine
for your mixed up mind
This things in overdrive
I’m wound up nice and tight
You saved my life
Woke this man alive
Come on lets twist and shout
Burn this leather out
There's no need to take it slow
This tanks in overflow
I ain't the perfect kind
Won’t be your prince tonight
But I can take you there
You won’t have to pay the fare
You saved my life
Woke this man alive
This car's in overdrive
The seats are hot tonight
There ain't no one man show
Come on grab the gears and go
You woke this sleeping man
That's right your looking hot tonight
oh yea
These tyres are burning bright
This boy is
This tank is yeah
You woke this man woke this man
Mmmm you woke this man
You woke this man

I told myself I'd review when I could pick a favourite song. I still can't really pick one -- it'd be easier to list the ones I like the least, but even they've grown on me to a point where I want to listen to them frequently ("Funky Bonez", I'm lookin' you!). At a push it's probs "I Need Lovin'" that beats the rest -- there's just something special about it.
There's something special about the whole album, really. I love the different influences in it.
Guys, keep doin' you!♡ Ashley
